Project Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities: To plan & execute marketing activities to achieve sales target. To be aware of customer needs and market trends. To prepare product brochure / catalogue, samples, new order enquiries and quotations. Handle customer enquires, customer visits , negotiation & follow up action To seek for new customers, developer, architect, designer and servicing the existing customers, and maintain consistence sales growth. To liaise closely with various departments on product, marketing, logistics, service issue ect. To be able to communicate and write Chinese and Good English via email or tele-conversation. To perform ad-hoc duties will be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. Required skill(s): Good presentation skill and convincing power for project. Working experience and specializing in sanitaryware, architecture items, kitchen specialise will be added advantages Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent. 5 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available. Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Pudu, Fraser business park KL. 6 days work.
